OUR POLICY

  1. The customer has the right to exchange or return within 30 days in case the product is not opened or benefited from the customer side, and the customer bears the return costs.
  2. The customer has the right to replace or retrieve the product in case of a manufacturing defect.
  3. If the product is damaged within the warranty period, the product will be returned to the agent. If it is a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced or a financial refund. In the case of misuse, the customer will bear the repair cost.
  4. The product is delivered within three to five working days, starting from the day after the request.
  5. In case the warranty period expires, you can book the appropriate appointment through the Hankerz maintenance page, and an online meeting will be scheduled with an expert from Hankerz team to solve the issues you face even hardware or software.
